Airport Customer Service is for those, who are willing to work at the international level and with a luxurious environment of the airport. This course is designed to cover all aspects of airport Ground Handling as well Study the basics of the Travel and tourism industry and understand what it takes to become a successful travel agent.
Duration:
6 Months regular / 3 Months Crash program as per Time Management.

Minimum Age | 18-27years |
Minimum Qualification | 10+2 (or) Graduate. |
What will you learn | § Formalize your Ground Operations knowledge according to international standards § Develop integrated operational and management skills on Ground Ops functions as Service Provider or as Airline Ground staff § Benefit from a selected combination of Ground operations related courses § Diploma is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 60% or higher on all exercises and exams. A special distinction is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 90% or higher. |
