1 Legal Aid Queensland, hereinafter referred to as “LAQ”, agrees to provide legal aid services to eligible individuals in the Brisbane area, in accordance with the Legal Aid Queensland Act 1997.
2 Clients seeking legal aid services from the Brisbane office of LAQ must meet the eligibility criteria as set out in the Legal Aid Queensland Act 1997 and any accompanying regulations.
